Raised as an Army Brat, I grew up in the Fayetteville, North Carolina and enjoyed several tours in the Panama Canal Zone. I believe that experience gave me a natural curiosity about meeting new people and learning about different cultures, which also blends well with the real estate business. With 15 years in the real estate experience here in the triangle, I am well educated about our market and it's growth. Having worked with several large builders in the area including Lennar, Beazer, Pulte, and Meritage, I am comfortable explaining the new construction process to my buyers and let them enjoy the experience of seeing their home being built. In addition, if you need to list your home, I can evaluate it's marketability, and help you with negotiations to get the best return. Well and septic - no problem. I am also experienced in buying farm, land and homes in the country.
Personally, I love gardening, working out and taking care of my farm animals which include horses, chickens, dogs and cats, with my two teen daughters and husband on farm in Chatham county.
